We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a creative Account Manager with previous sales experience.

Account Managers at Receipt Bank are the cornerstone of our ongoing customer relationships. Taking a consultative approach, Account Managers partner with our customers to assist them with streamlining, growing and future-proofing their businesses. You will help to manage this change, working with them to deploy our solutions within their firms. Successfully aligning Receipt Bank products and implementing best practice will be crucial to enhancing their efficiency, productivity and profitability.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and nurture relationships with new customers
  • Be a trusted advisor to our partners, supporting change management in their firm
  • Introduce premium products and assess the need and scale for each business, growing accounts
  • Manage the implementation and deployment of premium products

It’s essential that you:

  • Have highly developed communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Are comfortable on the phone with virtually anyone, ideally having worked in a phone based role
  • Can manage relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Are consultative, process driven and persistent
