With our continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Australian Sales team. Reporting to the Country Manager and forming part of the Australian leadership team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the execution of our sales strategy.

The Sales Manager will increase our market share in a crucial market and build a team that supports our growth. Our people are highly valued and crucial to our success, so along with developing strategies for sustained growth, the Sales Manager will recruit, mentor, develop and inspire the Sales team.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the execution of the sales strategy

  • Drive sustained growth through both retention and new business acquisition

  • Manage forecasting, reporting and capacity planning

  • Help develop, implement and optimise our processes

  • Lead the recruiting, training, promoting and performance management of the team

  • Oversee a significant investment in coaching, developing and improving of both people and process


  • Proven capabilities developing and executing a strategic sales plan in an evolving and competitive market

  • Are data-driven, process-driven and numerically confident

  • Experience recruiting and scaling a high-growth sales team

  • Proven ability to drive performance in a phone-based sales environment

  • Have sold tech products/services, with experience selling subscription-based/SaaS solutions preferred
