Receipt Bank is entering one of the most exciting phases in our growth as we implement a new sales process and team structure, take new products to market and accelerate our global expansion. We’re looking for an experienced team leader to lead our newly created New Partner Team. The New Partner Team will be the face of Receipt Bank – it is the first human interaction many leads will have with us as a company. Confidently representing our brand, the way we do business and the values we uphold is fundamental. Crucially, this role sets the tone for the ongoing relationship our partners have with us.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, The New Partner Manager will be responsible for the people and processes that underpin our new business growth.
In this role you will:
Drive the achievement of the ANZ New Partner acquisition target
Lead and motivate a team of inbound sales staff to achieve their performance measures
Develop and optimise the lead acquisition, conversion and new partner process
Manager the capacity planning, recruitment, training and development of the team
Be responsible for managing and forecasting the lead pipeline
Work with an external outbound consultant and be involved in outbound lead generation activity
It is essential that you:
Have done it before as an individual contributor, with a track-record of overachievement in a phone-based sales role
Have experience leading, motivating and mentoring a team, managing day-to-day performance
Are process driven and numerically confident
Have a high level of personal accountability and a hands-on attitude
Have sold tech products/services, with experience selling subscription-based/SaaS solutions preferred
