Currently we are looking for a new team member (starting in mid-September 2017) to join the Sales Operations Team as a Campaign Operations Junior. We are a fun fast paced end-to-end scrum team working from both London and Sofia.
As Sales Ops, our team aim is to use data and creative content to automate sales processes - we’re not quite at the stage of AI robots yet...but are you the person to help us get there?
We have an excellent sales/marketing software stack, and as a result, you’ll have world-class exposure to some of the most cutting-edge marketing tools available today. For example, Hubspot, Salesforce, Mixpanel, Intercom, Gmail and JIRA.
To handle these challenges you'll need to be confident, organised person with a passion for detail and process; you will love to learn and research new techniques with an eye for problem solving!
Also, as we are an end-to-end scrum team you’ll also be expected to work alongside our other team members (Copywriters, Data Scientists, Product Owners etc) to challenge perceptions and bring new insight to everything the team does.
The typical process that our team follows is:
Understand project objectives from a business perspective; allowing you to then establish a problem definition along with a preliminary plan that aims to achieve these objectives.
Would you be able to break a large problem down into manageable chunks?
Evaluation and literature review
Review previous work and learnings to ensure that content created for the future is better.
Would you be able to review previous work, search for patterns of success and apply these learnings, along with literature review, to new work?
All projects are planned at the Sprint Planning Meeting.
Would you be able to create a scoping doc in a clear concise way to communicate the work required to either copywriters, designers, developers etc?
Emails, landing pages, workflows etc all need to be built from the scoping document.
Would you be able to carefully and logically build emails, landing pages, workflows etc with high attention to detail?

Can you actively request feedback from your team members and implement this feedback to learn and grow into your role?
