The company is making significant investments in marketing. Currently we are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager to join our team in Washington DC. The professional in this role will work with our global team in the areas of public relations, reputation management and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own, create and execute marketing communications plans (encompassing traditional print and digital, social media, PR, speaking opportunities at events) in support of growth strategy and business objectives

  • Support development of content-rich promotional and thought leadership materials, including presentations, white papers, reports, and infographics

  • Maintain/update company information on the website, press releases, news coverage, and related elements

  • Manage corporate identity and brand standards and related materials and work with Global teams to drive consistency

  • Support the management team in driving internal communications for the company

  • Oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure understanding of branding standards, voice and messages to ensure successful project/campaign execution

  • Apply learnings from program results/metrics to improve future program impact; stay current of industry-leading communication practices; utilize exceptional project management skills to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Create and monitor Marcom budget inclusive of ROI analysis

Key skills and attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree, in Business/Marketing/Communications

  • Minimum 5+ years marketing, communications or related experience in a B2B organization

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project

  • Outstanding communication and writing skills

  • Proven track record in supporting executives in PR and corporate communications programs

  • Demonstrated ability to manage external marketing agencies and partners, including cost negotiation skills

  • Strong experience in measuring marketing ROI
