We currently have an exciting opening for a New Business Sales Manager. As a SaaS business the growth in new logos is a key metric. The urgency and scale of acquiring these logos is crucial and therefore a key consideration for the New Business Sales Manager. This role manages the lead conversion, capacity planning and process for the New Partner Team.

Role responsibilities:

People and process

  • managing the recruiting, training and exiting
  • involved in the capacity planning of headcount and roles
  • managing the coaching and developing of the team
  • leading on developing and improving our processes

New Partner Team

  • new logo acquisition (New MRR)
  • forecasting and managing the lead to partner conversions
  • work alongside PAM to aid prospecting and forecasting
  • manage activity level expectations within the team


Outbound

  • involved in the outbound lead generation activity
  • working with the external outbound consultant
  • managing and forecasting the lead pipeline


Inbound

  • involved in the inbound lead generation activity
  • working with our marketing team
  • managing and forecasting the lead pipeline


Churn

  • Mitigate churn through implementing best practice within the team
  • Work closely with the Partner Success team to ensure a seamless client experience through the partner journey

Required skills and experience:

  • Highly motivated, ambitious and competitive
  • Process driven and numerically confiden
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in forecasting and people management
  • Software or SaaS experience favorable
