The company is making significant investments in marketing. We’re looking for a world-class Head of Marketing Operations to help us continue on our hyper-growth trajectory and shape the future of our company. The Head of Marketing Operations will oversee teams managing all of our email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, marketing database management, marketing measurement / analytics, and demand generation initiatives.

If you are an experienced SaaS Head of Marketing Operations who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, we would love to have you join our fast-growing marketing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of demand generation experts executing inbound and outbound marketing programs globally.

  • Manage over 1,000 campaigns annually to support events, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.

  • Lead marketing organization’s involvement in management of Hubspot and Salesforce.com

  • Manage the technology stack and integrations in key systems for the marketing organization globally.

  • Oversee the analytics of campaigns to maximize ROI through continuous optimization and A/B testing.

  • Provide proposals and business justification plans to the SVP of Marketing, outlining future demand generation program needs, including budget, people, training, etc

  • Proactively partner with our US, ANZ, and EMEA sales teams to optimize workflow, ensuring delivery of highly qualified leads, seamless interactions for prospect, and making sure the database is clean

  • Develop and execute the strategy for overall marketing measurement, dashboards, analytics and marketing attribution

  • Manage the team and process of reporting on overall demand generation, forecasting, and pipeline driven by the marketing organization.

  • Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, data governance, data integrity and database management.

  • Train sales teams on programs and encourage driving qualified sales leads to closure

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and customer service within and around the marketing organization.

Key skills and attributes:

  • Extensive proven track record in B2B marketing demand generation

  • A proven track record in marketing automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, inbound marketing, and demand generation.

  • Proven leadership, highly motivated and self-directed.

  • Expert level experience with Hubspot (or equivalent) and Salesforce.com

  • Experience with SaaS solutions such as Cvent, ON24, and Qualtrics

  • Ability to manage a complex marketing technology stack for the global marketing organization

  • Proven track record of leading highly productive campaign and database building teams

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL experience preferred

  • Excellent understanding of B2B lead/funnel models and theory, closed-loop reporting, principles of effective lead management and account-based marketing

  • Strong budget management and focus on ROI to maximize our spend and optimize our marketing mix

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis

  • Strong project management skills

  • Clear communication and collaboration skills
